Blue Ice
There is an interesting part In landscape photography: when you take wide-angle images, you see a lot of things together; we can see its beauty closer when we go a little closer with standard lenses. But we can feel the close artistic landscape views when you go closer.
It was the 24th day of the 26th days of my Upper Manang and Mustang photography trip. I was staying at Tilicho Lake, at my camp on the bank of the lake, and hearing loud sounds of ice melting and avalanches on the opposite side of the lake.
That night, I heard the loud sounds of glaciers and the wind. I saw an incredible full moon at Tilicho and took a few images. I also took time-lapse photos throughout the night. It was like a miracle because Everything happened within 48 hours: the Full moon, the golden hour, the yellow mountains and their reflections on the lake, and avalanches.
What I believe in my more than a half-decade photography career in the high Himalayas is that nature helps us and shows us a gorgeous site of her if we are lucky enough and passionate.
